Telephone Readings
Ensure you schedule for a time you’ll be available to answer your phone and speak freely because I’ll call the number you provided promptly at the scheduled time.
Please provide a valid/working telephone number when booking. If, at the time of your consultation, the phone number isn’t working or fails to put the call through, your reading will be considered a no show.
It’s highly recommended that you disable any call filtering services at the time of your appointment to ensure you can receive the call without issues.
If you don’t answer the first time, I’ll call back in 5 minutes, and your reading will still end at the appointed time. Example: If your call is scheduled for 10:00AM-10:30AM and you don’t answer until I call again at 10:05AM, your reading will still end at 10:30AM. If you don’t answer the second time, your reading is considered a no-show.
Do not redial the number you see on your Caller ID because it will go straight to voicemail, however, you may send a text message.
All telephone readings are recorded. If you don’t consent to being recorded, please don’t book a reading with me.
If you want a copy of the recording / transcript of the call, you’ll need to book the reading upload service after your consultation is complete.
Zoom Readings
If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, it will count towards your time. Example: If your appointment is 10:00AM-11:00AM and you arrive in the room at 10:10AM, your session will still end at 11:00AM. If you’re more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a no-show.
Rescheduling, Cancellation, and No Shows
I understand that life happens and allow for one free grace rescheduling if it’s done at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment (with rare exceptions for emergencies). If you’ve already used your grace rescheduling and need to reschedule again, please contact me before doing so. If you cancel or miss your rescheduled appointment it’s considered a no-show.
For same day consultations only: I allow for one free grace rescheduling if you provide notice at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, however, if you miss your scheduled appointment without notice or cancel/miss your rescheduled appointment it’s considered a no-show.
If you haven’t used your grace rescheduling, you may cancel your reading with a full refund if you provide at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. The time you block out on my calendar is reserved only for you and deprives others of booking that time and me from scheduling other work, so if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will receive a refund less a 15% inconvenience fee.
You can provide notice by replying to any confirmation emails you’ve received or by using the contact form on the website.
No-shows aren’t eligible for rescheduling and aren’t entitled to a refund. All no-shows will need to schedule / pay for a new appointment.
If I must cancel your consultation, you may choose to reschedule or be issued a full refund.
Those who repeatedly schedule an appointment without completing payment (i.e. an “Incomplete Booking”) may be blocked from booking / purchasing anything on the site entirely.
