That said, because the products/services sold throughout the site are either custom made, digital, crafted in small batches, or a provided service, all sales are final; no refunds will be issued and returns are not accepted.
Physical products are shipped with tracking and insurance. Once the package has been handed off to the shipping provider, I am not responsible for delayed, lost, nor stolen packages. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 72 hours of delivery.
If your package was properly addressed based on the information provided during checkout and is returned as undeliverable, you will be responsible for reshipment costs. If you’d rather not have the package reshipped, you forfeit your order and any payments associated with it will be considered a complimentary tip for the energy expended.
For digital products and services, a valid working email address is required to receive your order. I am not responsible if you provide an invalid or incorrect email address or if your email provider rejects any emails sent from the writerlywitch.com domain.
Membership subscriptions are billed monthly for an indefinite term and you’ll be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle unless you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time from your account dashboard and you may continue using your subscription benefits until the end of its cycle.
Example: If you subscribe on Jan. 1st, your billing cycle will be Jan. 1 – Feb. 1st. If you cancel your subscription on Jan 10th, you will be able to use the services until it terminates on Feb. 1st.
It is your responsibility to unsubscribe before your next billing cycle and if you fail to unsubscribe before then, you will not be issued a refund, however, you will be able to use your benefits until the end of the billing cycle and you will not be billed in the future unless you resubscribe.
