If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, it will count towards your time. Example: If your appointment is 10:00AM-11:00AM and you arrive in the room at 10:10AM, your session will still end at 11:00AM. This prevents other clients being impacted by delays. If you’re more than 20 minutes late for a 60 minute appointment or 10 minutes late for a 30 minute appointment, it will be considered a no-show.
I understand that life happens and allow for one free grace rescheduling if it’s done at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment (with rare exceptions for emergencies). If you’ve already used your grace rescheduling and need to reschedule again, please contact me before doing so. If you cancel or miss your rescheduled appointment it’s considered a no-show.
Need to reschedule, but don’t know when you’ll be available? You may cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment and take up to 30 days from cancellation to reschedule. After 30 days it will be considered a no-show.
For same day consultations only: I allow for one free grace rescheduling if you provide notice at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, however, if you miss your scheduled appointment without notice or cancel/miss your rescheduled appointment it’s considered a no-show.
The time you block out on my schedule is reserved only for you and deprives others of booking that time or me from scheduling other work, so cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (with rare exceptions for emergencies) and missed appointments are considered a no-show.
You can provide notice by replying to any confirmation emails you’ve received or using the contact form on the website.
No-shows aren’t eligible for rescheduling and aren’t entitled to a refund. All no-shows will need to schedule / pay for a new appointment.
If I must cancel your consultation, you may choose to reschedule or be issued a refund.
Those who repeatedly schedule an appointment without completing payment (i.e. an “Incomplete Booking”) may be blocked from booking / purchasing anything on the site entirely.
